Banda Caribe Helsinki plays traditional Cuban boleros, son, and salsa, popular hot Latin hits, danceable and energetic timba, cha-cha-chá, merengue, and romantic bachata.

Composer and musical director Daniel Baro has arranged several well-known songs into modern "al tiempo" versions, which sound familiar yet fresh and danceable.

The charismatic band musicians – with the exceptional vocalists Daniel Baro and conga virtuoso Alexis Neyra, as well as trumpeter Sami Pöyhönen – perform with incredible energy and a positive vibe, engaging the audience and getting them to dance.

The band performs at private events, also as a duo or trio – weddings, birthday parties, restaurants, especially summer waterfront restaurants and marinas, as well as city summer days, festivals, and other events.
